# AI Context Update: New AI Context Enhancements

We’re excited to roll out two powerful new additions to our AI context capabilities! These enhancements give our AI deeper structural awareness, ensuring tighter, more accurate, and constraint-aware output across your workflows.

Here is a breakdown of what’s new and how to leverage these two features:

### 1. Key from Source String

**What it is:** The AI context engine now ingests and factors in the **source string key** (identifier) alongside the source text itself.

- **Why it matters:** Previously, the AI relied strictly on natural language context. Now, by parsing key names, resource IDs, or developer labels, the AI gains crucial insight into _where_ and _how_ a specific string is used (e.g., UI labels, error states, or button text).

- **The Benefit:** Higher contextual accuracy, better alignment with developer naming conventions, and more reliable outputs when working with structured UI or translation content.

### 2. Character Limit Awareness

**What it is:** AI now takes into consideration **character limit constraints** that are possibly set on TX Editor.

- **Why it matters:** AI-generated content can sometimes run long, causing awkward UI truncation or layout overflows.

- **The Benefit:** The AI respects strict character caps when generating or refining text—ensuring concise, space-conscious responses tailored for push notifications, modal titles, mobile screens, or character-restricted inputs.
