# Export translation files in JSON format!

From now on, no matter the file type you are using to localize your content, you can export the translations in a JSON format using our API v3 💥

The specific API endpoint that offers this option can be found [here](https://transifex.github.io/openapi/index.html#tag/Resource-Translations/paths/~1resource_translations_async_downloads/post).

The generated file will have the same structure as the one described [here](https://docs.transifex.com/formats/json/structured-json).
