Is it possible to see the history of remove terms from glossaries? And is it possible restore / undo removal?

Hey @rffontenelle, I am Antonis from the Transifex Customer Success team. I hope you’re well!

There’s no option to see when a term was removed from your glossaries. You can only see the history for your current glossary terms, like when they were added or modified.

If you regularly back up your glossary, you can easily recover it by simply re-uploading the CSV file to Transifex. There’s no rollback or undo option to restore deleted glossary terms.

You can find more information about downloading and uploading your glossary in our Help Center.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance, and I will be happy to help!

Can Transifex restore a Glossay maliciously emptied? My org recently upgraded to Growth plan, but I might not have a downloaded glossary yet

While we may not be able to see such information, I presume Transifex has some internal log, would it be possible for you to share it with us?

@rffontenelle I can take a look on our end and see if I can find any of the removed information.

Can you please email support@transifex.com and share the organization name, glossary name, and the date/time that is as close to the event as possible?

Any other details, like whether it was a single language in the glossary that was affected, or if it was the source terms that were removed and which user removed them would also be helpful.

I will pick up your email and continue from there.

An email has been sent to the address, we hope to hear from you soon.
