I have several custom placeholders set for a project containing tens of thousand of strings. I normally double-check if the placeholders were properly applied to strings by selecting All resources in the Editor and then searching. However, I can’t find a way to search combining the expected text with e.g. strings that does not have placeholder (so I could find text that should bu didn’t match a placeholder rule).

Is there a way for me to search filtering by the existence or not of a placeholder in a string?

Hello @rffontenelle,

I am Antonis from the Transifex Customer Success team.

There isn’t currently a way to do what you’re describing but we’re working on improving the search function to include support for Regex and more filters which could help achieve what you’re looking for.

There’s isn’t a definite timeline for when will these improvements go live but I can update you once there are any news. Feel free to send me your email address in a private message so we can contact you.

Kind regards,

Antonis
