Transifex allows “translation checks” for each file format.
What I want is a check to see if a string has a space at the end. If so, a warning should be issued.
I created this check using a RegEx and it works.
In the Nextcloud project, we currently use 14 different file formats.
Now I have to create this check for each file format.

My question: How can I create this check globally (regardless of the file format)?

If possible, use **Transifex Native** , because:

- Checks are applied more consistently

- Less dependency on file formats

- Better centralized QA

Hello,

We have files in different formats and hundreds of repos.

Can you give me some more information here?

Greetings

- Request admin access, OR
- Ask an organization owner to configure a global QA rule once

Thank you for your prompt reply.

As I have administrator rights for the organization, I immediately checked your suggestion.

I couldn’t find a way to add a QA rule.

Can you give me a link to the documents?

Hi @rakekniven

This is Carlos from Transifex Support, regarding your question yes, what you mentioned is correct. A translation check can only be set at file format level as described [here](https://help.transifex.com/en/articles/6241794-setting-translation-checks#h_ba3ad68ab7).

Using Transifex Native can be considered an “alternative solution,” not because it will establish a global translation check for native projects, but because all resources uploaded using Native are sent as _Fileless resources_. So instead of using TC for different file formats you will only set one for Fileless resources.

I created a product request to create global translation checks so it can be considered in a future release, in the meantime, is there anything else we can do for you?

Best regards,

Perfect, thanks a lot.

At the moment we cannot switch to fileless resources as so many different repos are connected.

No, thank you.

Have a nice weekend.
