"Download for use" does nothing

Just getting started with Transifex… all seems to work well, except that we cant download a completed html file. It shows 100% translated.

We click on the “Download for use” link and nothing happens…

For our SRT files, it works fine, and we can download the translation.

Thank you for sharing your file with us. I tested your file and I can upload the source file and I can also download your source file. So, I would suggest you, as the first step to update your source file with the one you shared with me. Can you please proceed with this action and inform us of your results?
