How do I cancel an order?

I have placed an order using the Order Wizard, but I don’t really need it. How can I cancel it?

After an order is submitted, there is no way to cancel it from the platform. You should contact support@transifex.com, and we will check with the vendor if the order can be cancelled. In case the order has not been processed yet, we will confirm the cancellation and refund the credit card.
