You can still combine GitHub commands with Transifex CLI commands by using custom routines, such as batch or shell (.sh) files.
Each tool is managed separately, so the Transifex CLI doesn’t execute GitHub commands directly as part of the integration. To handle both, you’ll just need to create a small custom routine that orchestrates how and when each command runs.
