Custom.MT is a machine translation technology platform that provides access to multiple leading MT engines through a single interface. It allows you to leverage various translation models including DeepL, Google, ChatGPT, ModernMT, Amazon, Microsoft, and other AI language models. You can use Custom.MT with Transifex to enhance your translation workflows and improve the quality of your automated translations.
Custom.MT gives you the ability to evaluate and select the best MT engine for each language pair and content domain. Due to this flexibility, Custom.MT delivers more accurate machine translations than default MT providers, resulting in more consistent and higher-quality translations.
To start using this integration, go into your Transifex organization settings and find Custom.MT under the Machine Translation tab, or in your Project Settings if you’re using MT Override.
To use Custom.MT, you simply need to:
- Create a Custom.MT account, if you don’t already have one
- Obtain your Custom.MT API key to configure in Transifex
- Set up language pair templates in Custom.MT for your language needs
- Use the Custom.MT option in the Transifex interface
