Enhanced AI Translation Reports: Clearer Data, Better Insights!

We’re excited to announce improvements to our AI Translation reports that will give you much clearer visibility into how your AI translations are being used and processed.
What’s Changed?
Clearer Terminology & Data Structure

“AI-translated words” is now “AI processed words” - giving you the true count of words that have been processed through our AI system

“Editor/tasks/fillups words” has been renamed to “Action type” with detailed breakdowns showing exactly how these words were consumed

Added new “Post-edit % effort” brackets including a crucial “Not available” category for translations that haven’t been saved or reviewed yet
Enhanced Data Accuracy
- Translation Memory Clarity: We now clearly separate TQI (Translation Quality Index) for strings translated via the Editor versus other actions.
- Transparent Metrics: The new structure shows you exactly which strings don’t have TQI available because they were processed through the Editor or underwent specific AI actions
- Better Context: Post-edit effort percentages now include four clear brackets:
- 0%: AI strings were used as-is
- 1-10%: AI strings received only minor edits
- >10%: AI strings received substantial edits or were replaced entirely
- Not available: AI translations haven’t been saved or reviewed yet
