When you create a new task, the Task Name textbox will now be pre-filled with the name of the last task created. This feature makes it easier than ever to reuse the name of the last task created, especially for tasks that follow similar themes or naming conventions. Of course, you can edit the pre-filled name as needed!
Our goal is to simplify your workflow and save you time. Many of you create multiple tasks with similar names—whether it’s recurring tasks, projects, or standard naming patterns. This feature eliminates the need to type the same name over and over again, enhancing productivity and helping you focus on the work itself.
How It Works
The task name suggestion is based on the last task name. This feature works across tasks you’ve had access to, ensuring it’s relevant to your role and workflow.
