Hi, i’ve been experiencing a problem for a few weeks now. I’ve tried both Vivaldi and Firefox, and they behave the same way on the Duplicati project and the NodeBB project.
From the Dashboard, i click on “View resources” for a language i am not translating, click on any resource, click on “View strings online,” and in the window that opens, i see the spinning circle symbol but the strings no longer appear. It only works with the language i am translating (Italian).
Until recently it was working correctly, has something been changed? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
This is Carlos from Transifex Support, what you are experiencing is related to the access that you have now.
Since you are a translator for Italian you shouldn’t be allowed to access other locales. The reason for the error is that Transifex is detecting your user as an Italian translator. This means you are not formerly a translator for the locales that you want to access, so as long as you don’t request to be assigned as a translator to that specific locales you will still see the error displayed.
Perhaps your user was assigned to those languages before and now you have been removed, this could explain why you were able to access the locales.
In summary, if you want to access the locales again you need to contact the organization administrator and ask to join again.

Thank you for your reply. I wasn’t a translator for the other languages, i could see them all but couldn’t edit them, it was just for viewing.
It was a convenient feature for viewing how other translators translated certain strings, and since it was only for viewing, it seemed normal to me, as i also use it on the Weblate platform for two other projects.
I hope that this feature will be reinstated one day, as i found it very useful.
