I am stuck in this page and have no idea what should I do

Thank you for reaching out Transifex community.
The page you mentioned in your post is the second step of Transifex’s process integration with GitHub. On this page, you should click on the grey area which is editable and you should make the necessary changes in order to configure your Github repository settings. If your changes are correct then you will also the message “Config file is valid” with the green check and the Next button will be enabled.
However, I would recommend you follow our instructions about the integration with Github from our documentation page here.
