Contentful app installation is stuck in pending

Hello. I’m trying to connect a contentful space/environment to transifex. I’ve attempted this multiple times, and each time, the installation hangs on the transifex side where Initial Setup actions are all in Pending state in the integration activity log. How do I get past this? Thank you!

Thanks for reporting this, we are now experiencing issues with our Contentful integration. Our dev team is working on it to solve it as soon as possible.

First of all please receive my apologies for my late reply. The Contentful integration is now working and you should be able to connect your environment with Transifex.

If you leave your request of sync open you should see them with a different status now.

@colvera Great! It’s good to see the integration gets past the Pending stage. However, now I’m seeing an error of “No strings detected to import.” Is that a human error? If so, is there any documentation you can point me to?

Sure I can provide these two article about our contentful integration.

Besides that, if there are not strings detected to import it can be related that the content is not published or

  • If a field in an Entry is set as localizable, it will be imported in Transifex.
  • If a field in an Entry is not set as localizable, it will not be imported in Transifex.
  • The are missing locales in Transifex
  • The source language is not the same
