Hello,
the Nextcloud project is big and I often contact other translators.
I authenticate myself, I have 2FA active and I don’t understand why I should fill in a captcha when sending a message.
Please remove this captcha.
Greetings,
rakekniven

Hello @rakekniven,
I am Antonis from the Transifex Customer Success team.
Can you share an example of what you mean? A screenshot or a recording would be helpful in this instance.
Once I have a clear picture of the issue, I will happily forward your feedback with our product team.
Kind regards,
Antonis
Hello @Mylon ,
Sure.
This captcha is there for ages.
I got so used to it that I didn’t even notice it anymore, except for yesterday when I tried to solve it wrong 4 times and thought to myself, what is this actually for?
Hello @rakekniven,
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
The captcha is there to limit spam, but I understand that while it serves its function, it might not be the best possible solution.
I will forward your feedback to our Product team for consideration since we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience.
If you have any additional feedback, feel free to share it, and I will be happy to discuss it with you.
Hello @Mylon ,
That has been my thought too.
But I am already logged in.
Transifex could check if the user is newly registered.
Transifex could check if the user is activly using Transifex.
If not Transifex could add spam barrierers, there are more modern ways than captchas.
Just my 2 cents.
Cheers,
rakekniven
Thanks for your feedback @rakekniven I’ll take your comment and raise a feature request to improve the usage of the captcha.
