Translations are fed to the intermediate Content Delivery Service (CDS) via polling which happens multiple times per day and are then served from there. So when translations are in the CDS is when they will be available in your app. Since we are heavily developing Transifex Native we do apply changes on how often this polling happens. Right now we are adjusting this setting to be once an hour but we might change it further.
