I do not see the option to flag any posts any reason why is that ?

Are you referring to Transifex Web Editor or community?
In case you refer to community, then when you want to report a bug for example, you can contact our support team at support@transifex.com and we will investigate the issue.

I enabled this option for all community members so you should be able to use this option from now one.
