We are excited to announce that you can now manage AI Settings directly from your Organization Settings in the Transifex UI. This update provides a centralized hub to control how Transifex AI interacts with your workflow, ensuring you have the right balance between automation and human oversight.
What’s New?
Previously, configuring AI behavior often required navigating through different project levels or relying on default behaviors. With this dedicated AI Settings page, Organization Admins gain granular control over AI access and automated quality gates.
Key Features:
- Toggle AI Access for Translators & Reviewers: Decide whether your linguistic team should have access to AI-powered translations in the Editor. You can enable it to boost productivity or disable it for projects that require a purely manual touch. (Note: Maintainers and Admins will still see AI options to assist with management tasks.)

Configure Specific AI Style Guides
You can configure AI style guides (plus language specific rules) and assign them to specific projects while setting general rules over formality, tone and apply custom instructions for the AI generated translations.

We have also moved the context settings for the AI in this single place for an easier set up.
- Industry and Target audience
Of course, we moved also the Company Profile setting here so that you can control in the same place the instructions for the Complany Profile so that AI prompts are specific for your target audience.
