[Bug] Home Page Footer Link Not Working

Hi,

On the home page, in the footer, in the “Get Answers” section, the link to the “Developer Hub” is broken.

It points to https://developer.transifex.com/ which cannot be DNS resolved.

I believe the right link should be https://developers.transifex.com/ (note the plural in “developers”).
