New Release: Show Only Reviewed Glossary Terms to Translators

We are happy to announce that we have added a new option in the Editor that lets translators view only approved glossary terms.

When the Display Reviewed-terms only toggle is enabled in the Glossary panel, the Editor automatically filters the glossary entries shown to the translator.

Only glossary terms that:

  • have been translated, and

  • are marked as reviewed

will be displayed.

What problem does this solve?

In some workflows, translators could previously see glossary terms that were still untranslated or under review. This could cause uncertainty around which terminology was finalized and ready for use. With this change, any untranslated or unreviewed glossary terms are hidden from the Editor view.

Why this is valuable

Once the toggle is enabled, the glossary list updates immediately, ensuring translators work only with approved terminology. This allows glossary review and localization work to run in parallel, without blocking translation work or risking the use of unapproved terms.

You can find more details in our documentation about Using the Glossary here.

As always, we’d love to hear your feedback! Let us know how this update supports your localization process!
