Translation inconsistencies when updating live content, workflow tips?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working on a project where content updates frequently, and sometimes translations don’t appear correctly in the live version even after the latest updates are pushed. It seems like caching or synchronization issues might be interfering with the workflow.

I was testing a workflow similar to how a spellbeegame.com educational game handles multilingual content and noticed similar challenges with dynamic text updates.

Has anyone here run into translation delays or sync issues in transifex? How do you usually ensure that all updates propagate correctly without breaking the live version?

Hello @lilly766,

I am Antonis from the Transifex Customer Success team. I hope you’re well.

As long as the strings are detected, translated, and published, the only reason you might still be seeing untranslated content might be that you’re seeing a cached version of the website instead of your live version.

In this case, a hard refresh of the website might be required, which can be performed in various ways depending on your system:

  • On Windows/Linux, use Ctrl + F5 (or Ctrl + Shift + R)
  • On a Mac, use Cmd + Shift + R
  • Hold Shift and click the reload button (should work in both)

Please let me know if that helps. If you’re still having issues, please let me know, and I will be happy to assist.
