Unable to load a project

Hi,

I have several open-source projects since months on Transifex and since some days, one of them seems buggy: I cannot open it and when I click on the Translate button I get the following message: ”An error occurred while connecting to the server. Reload”.

I tried to delete and recreate this project but without any success.

Have you any idea to unlock this issuse?

Transifex experienced an API related issue that caused performance degradation and access issues, but it has since been resolved. Can you please confirm if you still experience any issues or if it’s fine now?

There doesn’t appear to be any issue with your project, and it was normally accessible in my test.

Can you try accessing Transifex on a different browser or a private window? If your browser or system has a pending update, please complete it, restart, and try accessing it again. I tested it on Chrome v.146.0.7680.178, and it loaded without an issue.

Keep in mind that some extensions, like ad blockers and script blockers, can make browser scripts fail and cause the app to not load properly

If the issue persists, please share a recording where both the page and the URL bar are visible so we can identify any other possible issues.

You’re right, some adblock protection prevents correct loading, probably because its a plugin about piwik (stats) !
