I want to translate the WHO Data Quality Tool app to Lao(lo) but I can’t find an option to do the translation. What’s is the reason behind that?

You need to submit a request to join the project and wait to be accepted by the end user. To submit a request to this project, go here: https://www.transifex.com/hisp-uio/public/. Find the WHO Data Quality Tool App and click on the join button.
