WordPress plugin Transifex reflects root directory when subdomain is set

Hello, I translated this from Japanese, so I apologize if it is not clear.
I have a WordPress site with the root directory address of https://www.domain/cms/.

Site address: [https://www.domain.com/]
WordPress site address: [https://www.domain/cms/]

However, when I set up the language subdomain in Transifex
[Website Domain Names, Online Stores & Hosting | Domain.com]→Ideal shape
[https://www.domain.com/cms/en]→and I get a 404 page!

Is there any way to fix this?
