how to find out who has reviewed a certain string?
Review actions are not listed in History (Editor) nor in “Settings > Timeline”.

According your question, in the translation editor, the reviewer appears just above the source string, near to the translator. Below you could find an example.

From my POV the reviewing act has same priority as translating a string and should be logged in History of a string.
