Hey everyone! ![]()
We’ve made a small but useful improvement to the Translation Activity Report, making it easier for translators and reviewers to understand and track their individual contributions.
What’s new?
The First-time Edited/Reviewed Words toggle is now available in the My Work tab!
Previously, this option was only available in the People tab. Now, linguists can use the same filter when viewing their own activity, making it easier to distinguish between first-time edits or reviews and the total number of words they’ve worked on.
Why does this matter?
-
Clearer activity tracking: Understand how many words you’ve edited or reviewed for the first time, rather than counting repeated actions on the same content.
-
More consistent reporting: Use the same reporting options available in the People tab when checking your own contributions.
-
Less confusion: Get a better understanding of why your total edited or reviewed word counts might differ from your first-time activity.
How to use it
-
Navigate to Reports → Translation Activity.
-
Open the My Work tab.
-
Find the First-time Edited/Reviewed Words toggle.
-
Enable it to see your first-time edit and review activity, or disable it to view the total counts.
That’s it! You now have more visibility into your individual contributions without needing to access the People tab.
