I am not sure what is the best way to upload strings for my iOS and Android app.
We can import everything as a .string file, but how can we then manage the differences between .string for iOS and .string for Android? For example, the parameters must be prefixed with a % in Android and with an @ in iOS?

In general, organizations will organize different products under different projects in Transifex.
Sharing Translation Memory between projects is a great way to avoid translating the same content that appears on different products.
I recommend creating a different project/file for iOS and Android and leverage the translation memory.
