The language code pt-BR seems to be invalid. I suggest to
- either support them (friendlier to users)
- create an error message
Why I think it is invalid:
I get a pull request
with a pull to metadata/pt_BR/changelogs/2.txt
The correct one would be pt_BR, I see now.
