String modification (changing translation) does not remove Reviewed status of the string

When i modify reviewed string, it is still in a reviewed state (weird), because there is a “Unreview” button.

So there is a question. Was my modification preserved and automatically and immediately set as reviewed upon submission of a edit?

If no, do i need to waste my time clicking Unreview button on each string i modify? I have tens to do.

I am listed among Reviewers on that project.

Hello @slrslr,

I am Antonis from the Transifex Customer Success team. I hope you’re well!

If you are a reviewer, you can indeed modify a string, and it will keep its Reviewed status. Unreviewing it first only helps if it’s going back to a translator for editing.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions, and I will be happy to assist.

I also think it would be better to automatically set the review status to unreviewed after a change, so that another reviewer can review my change.

Currently, I always have to manually set it to unreviewed after making a change.

Hello @Soko,

I would be happy to share your feedback with our product team regarding the option to unreview the translation you saved. The default behavior will most likely stay the same, but it may be possible to implement this as an alternate option and/or a keyboard shortcut.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance, and I will be happy to help!
