Special Character change and reordering in source strings after translation

I had to replace single quotes (’) with double quotes (") in the source strings. I don’t want these strings to be translated again and want to manually replace the quotation marks in the translated files.

And I also had to reorder a few strings.

But Transifex doesn’t detect these and shows up those strings as untranslated. How to fix this?
